My lifelong commitment to an active lifestyle and staying in top physical shape, along with attending numerous courses and staying on top of research in fitness, has given me the knowledge to effectively develop a very straight forward and highly effective approach to strength training and overall fitness for cycling as well as all other sports for all ages and fitness levels. Using minimal and basic fitness tools that anyone can use at home, I am able to design a customized, easy-to-understand programs for my clients. On top of this I take great pride and interest in helping motivate each one of them to success.

Group Training & Classes
In Studio or in home
I lead a variety of strength & spin classes throughout the week which focus on overall strength, mobility & endurance. Classes are designed to not only provide a great workout but re-balance the body & correct imbalances formed by repetitive sports such as running, biking & golf. The emphasis being on proper form & technique while creating foundational strength & preventing injuries so you can compete at the highest levels or simply enjoy active time with loved ones.
